I, for one, have often struggled to maintain a personal stance in a politically charged environment, especially after being brought up in a highly politicized family.

My political journey has been marked by a shift from being a Trump-hating Democrat to a disillusioned individual struggling to find a place within the current two-party system. The transformation from Democratic to Republican or vice versa appears to come with a cost, as aligning myself with one side requires adopting an entirely different set of values and principles. Authenticity seems a distant dream in a system where one must conform to a preconceived ideology. However, I am uncertain whether I have the energy or the will to be actively involved in politics in the immediate future.
